Shroud Cay South
- Location: Exumas
- Lat / Lon: N 24° 32.144' / W 076° 47.965'
- Description:
There is a narrow strip of water between the mooring field and the rocky peninsula that protects the mooring field from the north with sufficient room for 3-4 vessels, if the space is used efficiently. If you are planning on anchoring here, you must be very precise in your anchor placement to ensure that you have enough scope yet are able to remain clear of vessels on the mooring balls. Remember that vessels on the mooring balls will swing on a tighter radius and many will also sail back and forth on their moorings if the winds pick up.
