The draw of the Welch Causeway (SR 699) Bridge, mile 122.8, at Madeira Beach, Florida, shall open on signal; except that, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, except Federal holidays, the draw need only open on the hour and half hour.

- Comments containing personal attacks will be rejected or returned for resubmission.
- Off-topic content will be rejected.
- Comments must describe commenter's personal experience – “hearsay” reports will be rejected.

Draft: 5.0'"Welch Causeway" is not the name of this bridge anymore. They won't even answer you and correct you if you call them this. It is the "Tom Stuart Causeway". Hope to save someone the problem!
