The Biloxi Small Craft Harbor is conveniently located in downtown "Ole Biloxi". The building was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina and rebuilt in August 2010. Located on site is McElroy's Harbor House Seafood Restaurant which opened in 1974. The harbor is home to local charter fishermen and boat tours. There is a boat ramp with trailer parking available for public use.
