Located at Historic Ashtabula Harbor; 1st yacht club past the Lift Bridge, which opens on the 1/2 hour. 2 block walk to "Bridge Street" with several restaurants, shops, art boutiques, a hotel, etc. Several charter fishing businesses nearby; kayak, and watercraft rentals nearby. Transient dockage is new, with new towers/electrical in 2024! Adjacent area was landscaped and now has a pergola! The main clubhouse was refreshed spring 2025!
