Noteworthy:

We are located in quaint Cos Cos, just a short way from "tony" Downtown Greenwich CT. The Bush-Holley House is across the street. It houses an artist Colony dating back to the turn of the century and is a Historical Landmark.

Please Note: The Mianus River railroad bridge overpass has a clearance of approximately 19 feet, if you need the bridge raised, please call 212-340-2050. The average depth of the Mianus River's tide drop is between 6-7 feet.
