The proposal document can be found in the Federal Register, https://www.federalregister.gov,identified by docket number USCG-2024-0628. You are encouraged to read the proposal in its entirety. We invite your comments on this proposed rulemaking. Comments and related material must reach the Coast Guard on or before February 7, 2025. You may submit comments identified by docket number USCG-2024-0628 using Federal Decision-Making Portal at https://www.regulations.gov.
