This was a huge splurge for me, especially since we spent two nights. It's an oddly configured marina with docks in excellent condition. Single boat slips, which meant you could tie up on either side. Sea wall provided excellent protection from the harbor and winds from the north. Dockhand provided assistance with my single-hand arrival. Most of the boats there were considerably larger than my Ranger Tug. We were unfortunate enough to be parked near a large boat with owners who thought it was okay to blast their "music" while they were on the boat or let their dog whine and howl when they were off it. The marina staff (and other boaters) helped quiet them down more than once. The marina itself is short on amenities. There's no private restroom for marina guests; we share toilets with one of the restaurants and showers with an adjacent hotel. The showers were bare-bones and lacked a private changing area; I showered on my boat. I personally think this is outrageous considering the slip rates. Although the Waterway Guide listing says that Pets are OK, there were numerous NO PETS signs all over the property; it was a long walk to someplace with no signs and enough gravel for a dog to relieve itself. I have to assume that we're paying for the location, which is very close to downtown Key West and its restaurants, bars, and shops. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Between the loud neighbor and long walk to sub-par facilities, I felt as if I'd been taken advantage of rather than given much of value for my money.

Beautiful and great floating docks, restarants, bars, pool, and right downtown if like the action. Should have separate toilets for boaters for the price you pay.

The full Key West experience. Right where the action is. Close to Mallory Square and Duval St.
Nice solid floating docks. Knowledgeable and helpful dockhands. Lots of boat traffic and not much maneuvering room - it's in the heart of Key West.
Good WiFi
Showers and restrooms are separate.Restrooms are also used for the pool and bar, but they are kept clean.
Would be 5 stars except at $6/foot everything should be top notch.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Watch out for the 5 day cancellation policy. They are not flexible on it. We had an unforeseen issue with our boat while in transit to Galleon and could not make it (made reservation the day before). We received a credit balance at the marina that must be used within 6 months. A challenge if you live afar or intend to sell your vessel, as we are. Policy puts boaters at risk for making a potentially disastrous decision to avoid losing their money. Looks like great amenities though.
