The staff at the Starport Marina were very friendly and were waiting for us when we arrived at the dock to assist us with the dock lines. The marina has a nice ships store/gift shop onsite. There a pizza vending machine (actually cooks your pizza in just four minutes), a LCBO store, and a dockside restaurant called "The Grill" just a short walk from the marina. The marina is very pet friendly. The only downside to the marina is that it sits right at the edge of the channel going to the Port Severn Lock. While "No Wake" signs are posted, the wake traffic kept the boat rocking until well after 2100 in the evening. There is easy access to the fuel dock and fuel prices were very reasonable. We would stay at this marina again.

This is a great marina. It is located just before Lock 45, the last lock on the Trent Severn Waterway. The fuel dock is easy to spot and the fuel was a great price. This is a great place to top off the fuel tanks before heading to Georgian Bay. The dock hands were the best we have ever experienced! At the fuel dock, one person filled our diesel tanks, another pumped out our holding tanks, another person topped off the dingy gas tank. Moorage for the night was VERY reasonably priced. The restrooms, showers, and laundry are located in the lounge building. FREE laundry (two washers and two dryers). Nice bathrooms and showers. The ships store is well stocked with food, boat stuff, and more. The only drawback is the boat wakes from vessels entering and leaving the lock. Things were much calmer after the lock closed. I highly recommend this marina!

One night 5/19/2024. A short distance from L45, the fuel dock is prominent and busy with local patrons. Although a small marina, the fairways are good enough to handle the bigger boats. The marina office is stocked with essential food items and marina store items. The staff are friendly and helpful with fueling and docking. Unique to this marina, the staff would talk with the boaters as they were performing their duties. Facilities are in an A-frame building which has plenty of room and includes grills, restroom, and lounge. Its porch has a good view of Port of Severn. I recommend the Starport marina.

We stayed here one night in late July, 2022. There were strong gusting winds as we came into the fuel dock but there were three, very well trained dock staff waiting for us as we came in. They were quick to grab our ready lines and had us securely tied in just moments, much to my relief. They were quick getting us fueled up and pumped out and into our slip. The marina store had swag and knick-knacks as well as a number of tempting provisions including fresh salads, wagyu beef burgers, ribs, frozen pizza and more. The restrooms and showers were in a new building with a boater's lounge, all were spic-and-span clean. BBQ grills were also available but we didn't use them. A resort with a nice restaurant that welcomes boaters was an easy walk away. From the restaurant, an LCBO liquor store was across the street and another restaurant and a general store with basic groceries was a little further down the street. Overall, this is a good stop and a very well run marina.
