his is a very nice marina with a very friendly staff. They do not have transient slips, but they rent out slips when the seasonal slip holders are gone. You need to call on the day of arrival to see if there are any slips available. The marina is managed by Miami Dade Parks and Recreation, which will require you to provide a copy of your State Registration or US Coast Guard Documentation, and a copy of your boat insurance showing a minimum of $300,000 liability coverage. The floating docks are very stable concrete with solid cleats. The docks are secured with electronic gates and there is ample lighting at night. You will need to pay a $50 deposit for the gate key fob, which is refunded to your credit card when returned. There is nothing around the marina, but I was told that Uber/Lyft services were available. I did not use any of the facilities, so I cannot comment. The grounds are well-maintained and pet-friendly.

Staff are very nice. Reservations are only day of, because they are sublets from the permanent owners.

Sea grass will set off transducer

Good Cuban coffee, pump out, and fuel

Great marina and very secure, if you can get a slip. they don't have any transient slips which is why you have to call the day of to see if they have room, only if a seasonal slip holder is gone can they accommodate you. Nothing close to walk to but uber anywhere or rent a car. very quiet and protected. Cheapest fuel around from what we found.

Regardless of Waterway Guide, the pool is really a beach swimming area. Showers are cold water-rest rooms both half mile away from transient docks so useless. Limited availability of transient docking, you pay for the slip length not vessel. Fuel pricing best in area and easy access.
