Very poor management. Wanted to make a reservation for our yacht for our anniversary weekend. Called two month ahead and was told they cannot make reservations that far ahead and asked us to come back 1-2 weeks before. Called a month ahead with same answer. Called 2 1/2 weeks ahead and now they were fully booked!!! Just the poorest management I have ever encountered. Just lost a return transient customer for ever. If you get a transient here it is pure luck.

Stopped here for fuel and let my dog off of the boat. Great, friendly service. The marina looks great, I will stop here on my way back north in the spring!

Beautiful place. Clean facilities and excellent staff. We were on an exposed dock and still had a quiet night. Sunset over the water was lovely. Would certainly stop there again.

We stayed one night here for the first time last week, and we will be stopping again next spring for a longer stay. The dockhands were awesome, the docks were in great shape, and the bathrooms and laundry were wonderful! The staff was friendly, and the location was just far enough off the ICW so we enjoyed a night without rocking & rolling. Would highly recommend this marina as a stopover, especially if you appreciate beautiful sunsets!

Stayed August 25, 2021. Called late in the day for a slip for the night. No problem. Easy docking on long face dock with good dock hands to help. Clean facility with friendly people. Will stay again.

We ended up staying two nights due to rain. The showers are wonderful, feels like a home, very private and restaurant delivery and choices are incredible! We'll be back!

We arrived after hours but were given specific guidance as to dockage. Off of the ICW there was no wave action by passing boats. The wind was strong as we approached the dock but fortunately a group of ladies in a nearby boat grabbed our lines and helped us land!

I went back here this year for the first time since my review of 2018. The facility is still very good and I believe they now have two cars that can be borrowed for local errands. There were two young women who took my lines this year - they know almost nothing about boats and were pretty useless. I caught one of them rolling her eyes to her friend when I asked her a question. Dock staff change year-to–year, but the management is the same and they do a nice job. The fuel prices were slightly higher than I would have expected. I will return here when passing through in the future.

Seapath Marina is a large clean and well maintained marina. Gas and diesel are available on their outer dock. The staff are very helpful and friendly. A very short walk to two good restraints and a modest department store. West marine is a mile away and they will loan you the marina minivan for around town trips. Easy access from the ICW (1/4 mile east of the ICW) and less than 2 miles from the Masonboro Inlet.
