We spent a week here while we waited for a decent weather window to proceed south. It was a wonderful upscale / resort type marina to be "stuck" in!
The Manager - Gloria and her staff were courteous, helpful and provided excellent service.
Floating docks are in very good shape. Power pedestals with 30 amp and 50 amp service. Bathrooms are clean, modern and spacious. Laundry is available. Upscale restaurant next door with great view of the Sandy Hook Bay and Happy Hour from 4 to 6. The only negative is the ferry terminal a few hundred yards away. When the ferry goes by it does rock the boats in the marina.

Ok marina but not what was posted. Transients are all put at the back of the marina where the breakwater is rotten so very rough. Lots of ferry etc traffic all night. They said WiFi but not at the back so hard to justify over $7/ night. I won't return.

Quality floating dock marina in upscale condo community. Pool, great bathrooms, laundry, upscale restaurant next door. Great employees. Price fits the description.

Pro: Great location. Nice floating docks. Pool. Great park for dog walking next door.
Con: Staff helpful but inexperienced (Put a 15.5' beam boat in a 16' wide slip. Tight fit!) Pool hours and occupancy are limited. Slips along the seawall are rolly due to boat and ferry wakes.
    Conclusion: Would consider again.

We stayed here awaiting weather window as we head south. The facilities are top notch, restaurant was great and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Also a great view of the city (on clear nights).

This marina just reopened over the summer. The docks, staff and location are superb. Nicely protected from the wakes and traffic of Sandy Hook Bay, the new facilities are clean and well designed.
