This will be the only marina we will visit in NYC. Amazing views and super easy access to Brooklyn. Just outside the marina gates there is Brooklyn park where you can safely walk along the water and find many different restaurants and shops. Yes this spot is pricey. And yes, you will be charged 1.5x if you have a multihull or large vessel despite what DockWa says. You will also rock and roll a bit because of the constant stream of ferries going by. But…it was a really amazing experience and shouldn't be missed if coming through NYC. Dockmaster was also super friendly.

Do not stay here!!! The traffic from all the NYC ferries send large waves into the marina area causing rocking and rolling all day and night! The WiFi didn't work at all due to an issue with the server and the biggest problem was with the quoted rate on Dock wa booking App
We have a 44 ft power cat and the posted rate when I booked, and the rate I was charged was basically doubled
They charge 1.5x the per ft rate for multi hulls
Unfortunately in NYC there aren't a lot of marinas to choose from so we were stuck with the high fee!!!

Drop-dead convenient to Brooklyn Heights shopping & restaurants, and a $1,000,000 view! Excellent service, great docks, secure facility somewhat bouncy from local traffic. Make sure you get to the comfort station in the early evening...

I had a wonderful 4th of July weekend with my family and friends at ONE15 Brooklyn Marina! I love the marina's prime location (at piers 4 and 5 in Brooklyn Bridge Park) and the new features ONE15 offers since it reopened. The marina's new eateries are great!
