We came in on low tide and still had 2' under our props, certainly not a wide channel but not an issue if cautious. Stayed two nights, $2/ft, a little high for what you get, single 30amp only, no water, no fuel, no laundry, relatively new docks, friendly people, huge clubhouse. Plan to be self sufficient but a great friendly group. It's a Yacht Club not a Marina. Used our MTOA membership with YCA for access, no issue. Fairhope is a charming little town, lots of art/culture, restaurants, art center, etc. Uber was $8 into town.

Went to Fairhope Docks for fuel. Then stayed at the yacht club for five nights.
Harbor is very nice. A couple of really nice restaurants within walking distance.
Only negative is if the wind comes from anywhere west through north everything turns to rocking and rolling.
When entering hug the red markers and near the last red is a shoal with less than three feet at low tide
Tide is about two feet. Fairhope is a great place to visit.
