Julian and his wife were very friendly and food was very good Very friendly folks in town. Mooring ball is practically impossible to connect to because of surge as the line will be twisted around bottom of mooring ball. Surge will also make mooring ball press on hull and will foul if bridle is to long. Passing speed boats throw a big wake .I would pass on mooring ball and anchor next time. Mooring situation is a reflection on rating as it would have been a 4

Room for a few boats. Current is wicked during high winds, but Julian managed to get us tied up with some help from our fellow boaters. They have a small restaurant onsite, which you order in advance. Julian gave us a great history about the island. Nice beach on other side of island, and small grocery store and a couple of other restaurants on island. Laundry onsite.

The marina has a number of moorings with a short dinghy ride to their dock. Roosevelt Nixon is extremely helpful and they also have a small restaurant (we didn't get a chance to try it). Island is charming, visited the school house during recess and got to chat with the teacher and students. Would definitely stay again.
