Protected anchorage in a tight canal. Safe but not private. Felt like we were camping in the neighborhood back yard. Not room for more than one boat of our size. Anchor exactly on spot. Only stayed overnight so did not go ashore.

Great protected area with a light house to see at river entrance. Dinghy to small city dock west of anchorage. It is a walk up hill to town but worth the walk to some great restaurants. Stella's Station reasonably priced food and drink. Diamond Mills Tavern $$$ but great food.
