Draft: 4.0'Overall Rating:1Don't go here! It has shoaled more than the charts indicate at the entrance. We draw 4'. Where the chart/sonar (Navionics) said 7, we were in gravel! We eased the boat back and went in the s entrance with no problem.

Pick your spot, pick your depth. Very comfortable place to spend a night. Very little traffic coming by, so wakes were really no concern. Wide open sky for star gazing. A really lovely spot!

Draft: 5.0'Overall Rating:3Holding:5Wind Protection:5Current Flow:5Wake Protection:5Scenic Beauty:4Ease of Shopping:1Shore Access:1Pet Friendly:1Cell Service:2Entered mid channel carefully looking at the charts and had 5.5 feet normal pool at the bar and 20 feet at the anchorage icon. Protection from Cell waves and wind is excellent. There is a marina in the back of the bend so there will be some small boat traffic. Holding should be good and there is plenty of swing room. Shore access would be back at the boat launch several miles in from the river. Cell service was 2 bars for the big three. If you draw under 4 feet, this is a good anchorage. For those of us with depth, we would suggest South Rattlesnake Bend for a worry free entrance and exit.
