We approached the anchorage from the south, passed the island and made a turn. The tip of the island could be pretty shallow, our draft is 3.6 and saw depth areas of as low as 4 feet. We followed our charts and made it to the center and anchored at 6 feet. Pretty good hold, no dragging at all but we used our stern anchor to stay put.
