Review for Matanzas Entrance

Vessel Type: Power
LOA: 42'
Draft: 5.0'Overall Rating:4Holding:5Wind Protection:4Current Flow:4Wake Protection:2Ease of Shopping:4Cell Service:5Good protected stop for the night while traveling down the coast. Many of the buildings in the area are still being repaired from Ian, so did not go ashore. I am sure that this is normally a very busy place. Anchorage is kind of narrow and just off the channel. There is boat traffic, but most observed the no wake zone. Good holding in 10' of water. Anchor came up with mostly sand. There is a moderate current at tide change.
