Beautiful pet friendly anchorage. We had a lot of wind and current (fighting each other) while we were here but had great holding. Trails thru the island to the beach were wet but worth it! We had the ocean beach to ourselves.
Lots of small boats beached and going by during the day but quiet at night.
    Would stay here again.

Anchored in Masonboro inlet at 8pm. Found the buoys were accurate, but one red was not lit entering the inlet.
We anchored our 45' catamaran comfortably across from the coast guard station in 13 feet of water, towards the inlet side of the harbor.
Other cats were seen anchored on the north side of the harbor, being that we came in at night we did not venture further until morning.
An easy gas at Seapath Yacht club and friendly staff.
