We anchored to the right of the marked anchorage and rock in 8 feet of water. There are docks just past the bridge, on both sides, where you can dock a dingy and take a pet to shore. There are historic ruins near the south end of the bridge. Good holding with a muddy bottom. There were no weeds on the anchor when we brought the anchor up. This is a good place to stop for the night when the wind is blowing out of the north.
