We anchored 1/2 way between anchor marker and the beach. Explorer shows this area between .8-1.3 meters but we found about 2 meters at low tide. Almost all sand with a few small rocks. Beautiful beach at Lower Bogue. Walk through the town and find a small well stocked grocery, several restaurants, an ice cream shop, and 1.25 mile walk to Upper Bogue. Beautiful waterfronts. People in settlements super friendly.
