Review for L' Anse a l'Ane

Vessel Type: Sail
LOA: 45'
Draft: 5.0'Overall Rating:3Holding:4Wind Protection:2Current Flow:4Wake Protection:1Scenic Beauty:4Ease of Shopping:2Shore Access:4This is a fairly open anchorage with a lot of activity including ferry traffic and jet skis. Holding is good once you get a bite. Expect winds and waves along with the wakes from boats. We were there for three nights and it settled down a little in the evening. If you like the beach and the shore offerings its nice for a few days. No services. There is a dinghy dock. In town is a small but nice grocery. The restaurants we tried were typical Martinique beach far and prices.
