Anchored here before going to St Pete the next day. Was in about 8ft of water, well away from the shore. There is a Publix close by but didn't bother to find a shore access. Only issue was a number of wakes from boats going inshore. Recommended overall, plenty of space.

Stayed here overnight after a long day, before proceeding into Tarpon Springs in the morning. Only room for one or two boats between marker G17, the boat ramp and the swimming area, as the rest was taken by long term stayers. Good holding, subject to tide changes. Many boats passed by to get to the boat ramp, but all observed the no wake signs. Good for an overnight. .

The hospitality here was excellent, a golf buggy was provided for our exclusive use, and restaurants and groceries were accessible with it. The only reasons for not making it 4 star were the absence of a laundry and no wifi for guests. Three Sisters nature reserve nearby was well worth a visit, with freshwater springs which manatees frequent Nov-Mar. Vistited Crackers bar for live music and good seafood.

OK, but we were rocked by waves caused by wind against tide. Anchored a little east of the marker on the map. Nearby beach ok for dinghy users. Not much boat traffic.

Only 3 stars because access is restricted by tide, needs to be high to get in or out via McGriff channel, and marina facilities limited. (Pumpout not working, wifi problematic.) Staff very friendly and took us to a market for basic shopping.

Very nice anchorage, space for several boats. Pretty and secure from the tows. Had a little difficulty getting anchor to set, but did after a couple of tries. Bottom is muddy. No current.

Enter along west bank from mm 286, as per Skipper Bob. Room to swing, but we set both anchors easily and had a peaceful night.

The marina was good for us, no problem getting in with the help of a picture texted by Steve the manager. It is secure and they have 2 courtesy cars for shopping etc. Nearby Waverly Mansion is outstanding if you like beautiful buildings filled with beautiful objects.

Nice people, small town with limited shopping and a laundromat. The Dollar Store surprisingly had good fresh produce. Cosy little marina.

A really pleasant small marina in a quiet inlet. The staff are very helpful and there is a good restaurant about 1 mile up the road. We left our boat here for winterizing and storage, and were impressed by the obvious capability of the staff.
