Bridge comment on 63rd Street Bridge

I do understand the Indian Creek bridge has to have certain restrictions during rush hour.
Nonetheless I find it totally unreasonable for residents with boats slips on the Indian Creek Chanel south of the bridge. I do not expect to have it open on demand, but I do believe that ONLY for residents the bridge should open at 5pm and at 6pm, if a resident requests it.
