Bridge comment on CSX Railroad Bridge

We arrived promptly at 6 AM to proceed eastbound down the canal. No response from channel 9 or the provided phone (fax) number until 7 AM. At which point we were informed of a 10 to 15 minute delay because of an oncoming train (no train came through during the whole time). Multiple vessels stacked up at the bridge, the next excuse was a malfunctioning lock on the bridge, but still no one was present. Somebody showed up at 7:25 unlocked the two sides of the bridge (Looked like a standard procedure), opened the bridge and all boats proceeded at 7:41.
