Bridge comment on CSX Railroad Bridge

The General Comments are seriously wrong in many ways. I am based upriver of this bridge and go through it frequently. For a number of years the red/green lights have most often (99% of the time) not been working, and after 15+ years of transiting through that bridge I have never once heard the siren. They even have an inaccurate sign which directs you to "call them on Ch 9", but the bridge is totally unmanned, so you are calling nobody. The sign also includes a phone number, but whoever answers is a CSX bridge tender at some unknown location who is clueless. The CSX maintenance and operation of this bridge has been atrocious.
