With a 3.3 foot tied the south markers showed 23 feet of clearance. We lowered all antennas and WeatherStation and cleared it and we need 22 feet. The 27 foot indicated on the chart is a bit exaggerated.

  The tide boards read low steel. There is an additional 4 feet in the center.
