Go in near R 110 but stay in the middle as it should near the island. We saw no less than 5 feet. Anchored in 5 feet behind the island. Good holding. Mostly protected from wakes although some do make it in from the ICW but calm after dark. Nice homes to look at and you can go ashore at the small island.

Good holding and protection from the SW to NW, open to Easterling. You can land your dinghy at the long public dock for shore access. Good stop for us as there was very little traffic causing wakes and the light wind was SW and then calm overnight.

Anchor anywhere in the bay. We anchored near the north shore near the kayaker access point. 12 feet in mud. Beware the flies, though, they were terrible and decended upon us even before we had the anchor down. Flies not so bad on shore where we hiked to the Boyd Cemetery. Wind light from NE overnight, Good protection and plenty of room for many boats if needed.

Room for several boats. Quiet and peaceful anchorage. Concrete boat ramp for landing your dinghy. Campsites on shore. Deer, turkeys and other bird life at the shoreline to see from your boat.
