we arrived mid afternoon. Beautiful Park with joggers and bicycling. There were lots of kids fishing with moms and Grandpa's. we did not feel unsafe. We did not see any sketchy homeless people living in bushes as other reviews stated. at the far West end you can hold three 40' + foot boats. the East end where there is power it's a very rough.

The Marina is older and a bit worn out. They do have laundry and clean bathrooms and showers. The water approaching the marina and at the T-head was 3.5' at low tide. Would have been a good stop at $1.00 a foot but $2 was way over priced.
