Completely protected deep water harbor filled with mega mega yachts. It's like arriving in a magical kingdom. The Marina and facilities are spectacular - they normally don't allow boats less than 50ft but made an exception for us (40ft Cat). Resort passes are included in the fees - which means crew and guests can take advantage of beaches/water slides/pools restaurants and everything that is Atlantis. Some bouncing by endless parade of tourist pangas from the cruise ships.
Nassau is a bustling cruise port.
Expensive $7/ft plus resort fee ($70/day), plus fees and taxes.
One of the dockhands - Charley - unhelpful, most are very helpful.

Solid anchorage in sand. Beautiful turquoise waters and pristine beaches. Day stop for luxury yachts and I now know why. Short dinghy ride to Goodfellows (very well stocked boutique shop with fine wines and foods - a lot of Kirkland brand items too) and Captains Table (restaurant, good food and ambience $$).
No shore access or services - except as above in Lyford Cay Marina.

    Echo everyone's positive comments.
I'd vote for Kevin! Real southern gentleman.
The river does run deep and fast but the sunsets are worth it. Spectacular.
