The chart is incorrect, at high tide it is 52'.

The scale at the base of the bridge said 52'. This was about 4 minutes before high tide. My mast height is 52''. I waited 4 hours and then proceeded through without issue. As I passed through I saw that the scale on the second bridge was the same.
