Excellent staff and great communication. We had 2 prop shafts replaced and trim tabs installed. We were allowed to live aboard even on the hard. Only toilets and no showers. We biked to groceries. We were on board for the record breaking 8 inches of snow on Feb 8 2025. It was very unexpected but the staff was very attentive to make sure none of the boats froze during the coldspell.

We were having issues with our alternator. We called Ess-Kay Yards and asked if they had a space for us. They moved some boats around and fit us in. The day we arrived they came and looked at our alternator and said we needed a new one. That afternoon they ordered one and the next day the manager drove over to pick it up from the shipping company. That afternoon they installed it in our boat. Management and technical staff were awesome. Cannot recommend them any higher.

The guide indicates there are pipes on this lock, but there are only lines.
