The actual Double Breasted Cays lie on the Atlantic Ocean side, shielded from the Bank by two parallel lines of rock.

The welcoming Rosie's Place at Little Grand Cay accommodates boats up to 50 feet and provides gasoline, diesel and water and has a laundry. Rosie’s serves some of the best native cuisine in all the islands and offers cottages overlooking the marina. Customs is located in the government center near the BTC tower and they will meet you at Rosie's or at the Government Dock.
