The women answering our initial phone calls were so sweet. Imagine our surprise to find that the customer service was terrible! First of all, the office is closed on the weekends when people often bring boats in or out. Then, when the slip circled on the digital map given to us by the account manager, Carol, was occupied, the dockhands did not hear us on channel 8. They did their best but they didn't know where to put us.
Carol Hopkins then rudely told us to tie up stern-to in an inappropriate place which had no way to secure the port bow. Fortunately, it was light wind on the weekend. Monday, she suggested a mooring ball and then implied that I didn't know how to tie up to one.
I asked if we could have a slip with a side tie as promised and she texted "Who promised?" When she realized it was her, she said we could move the next day.
The next morning, she texted to say that they were launching a boat and whoever got to the slip first would get it. That's about the tackiest example of poor planning that we have dealt with in 20 years of sailing. Rude and disrespectful. It colored our stay.

Not only that, but the person in sales charged us for 50amp though we pull 30. Even though the rate sheet stated a price difference, he said "yea, we have a converter but the price is the same."

This was a very noisy place being next to I95 and of course there is a lot of work going on. Our boat had lots of fine dust from grinding work nearby.

I would avoid this place unless you need a haul-out.

We are a 44' cat and needed motor and fiberglass work. Definitely caters to mega yachts but will do any size boat. Cats tend to work with MultiTech from what we gathered. Can get most work done and allows do it yourself. Generally have to go with their list of outside contractors due to steep insurance requirements and approval process for non-vetted companies. Good communication leading up to getting hauled out. Very professional haul out. And they were flexible with us as we ran into significant delays. On the very expensive side (location, location, location!). We got towed in which was very helpful. Went out under our own power, but the new river is tricky. A lot of traffic, currents and narrow with some blind turns.
