We have a 50 foot trawler with 15 beam.
Slip fee was $85 with no charge for electric.
The bathroom/laundry building is locked. There are 2 bathroom shower/combos one for men and one for women. Could be unisex.
Plus a bathroom only. There is free laundry - one washer and dryer. There is free ice. And there is free pumpout at the dock.
The marina is not gated but is across the street from a nice quiet residential area. Lots of dog walkers. Felt safe - saw police several times. Most of the boats have either live aboards or are permanently docked.

The marina is right near the Atlantic Avenue Bridge. Inconsiderate boaters wake the marina. It is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shops. The town is really nice.

The only problem I had was contacting Prescilla, the office manager. We wanted to come in a day earlier, but never got a call back, so we anchored out. The phone is never answered and it seems if you leave a messages, it's not returned.
We finally connected on the day of arrival
(I needed the slip assignment). She then gave me the dock master's cell number. That worked well. Marty is great - he was there to help us dock, and gave us the bathroom keys. Also restaurant recommendations.

Frustrating! The Pump-out is a self-serve machine that didn't work but "ate-up" $7.50 having tried to get it to work three times.

    Business Response:
Good afternoon, Sorry that your having trouble with the pumpout. What is the date and name on the card you use so i can check and see if you were charge.

This marina is a bit of a hidden gem on the ICW. It only has a few transient slips but is a great spot. Prices are very reasonable, pump out is near your boat and laundry facilities are good. You can sit on your boat and watch the ICW traffic go by. We stayed here in Nov 2023 and Jan 2024 and weren't disappointed. Town is a short walk/uber away. If you don't need a restaurant and pool on-site, this is a great value for the money!

We had an incredible stay. The Dockmaster gives his personal cell phone, called us ahead of time to ensure he would meet us. Helped us tie up, power up and gave all info. Baths were clean and perfect. Marina is clean and simply charming. Fantastic location for easy walk into all that Delray Beach has to offer - dining, shopping, beach. We will be back again soon!

A relaxing stop in a busy part of the FL AICW. Just south of the East Atlantic Avenue Bridge, so typically no issues with wakes. Backing into a slip can be a bit of a challenge when the tidal current is running strong. Floating docks with long rolling ramps to shore can limit mooring options that afford an easy on and off. We found we couldn't stretch our 50ft shore power cable to the power pedestal when we went in bow first. Next visit we backed in and had no issues. Working through Ms. Patrick was easy - ensure you're email is in her inbox as early as possible on a work day, so you can finalize your reservation by the end of that work day. The availability of transient slips depends on how many folks who call the marina home are away. There's always locals there to handle lines, and one of them will have your 'welcome' information and key card (Ms. Patrick will supply you with their cell #). Showers and laundry faculties are clean and well kept. The laundry was free - that's a great bonus. Easy one day transit to/from the Miami area even with the bridges.

We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2022.
    An excellent small marina.

Pricilla Patrick is the woman with whom you will make reservations. The $65 fee is for Delray Beach residents. We paid $95 per night.
Free ice machine, Free Laundry (1 washer 1 dryer), very clean facilities, free pump out at your slip. Very helpful Marty described himself as the "ambasador" ... as he is not always here. He WILL do his best to be here when you arrive if you call ahead. (I don't think he is a full time employee.)

The slips are cement floating docks.
There is NOT a lot of current here. So, you should NOT have a problem pulling into the slip on any tide, which is perpendicular to the narrow ICW in this stretch.

Our UPS shipments from Amazon made it here, and Instacart delivered successfully. However, US Mail does not reliably get delivered here. So our SBI mail forwarding got "returned to sender" a bummer to be sure.

There is no marina "courtesy car" according to Marty and Pricilla. However: https://www.delraybeachfl.gov/government/city-departments/public-works/transportation-traffic/downtown-shuttle-service
We may stay an extra day just to try it out!

Brand new marina, with marble showers, washer -dryer and pump out. Immaculately clean! About 20 slips, $65.00 with tax flat fee. Minimum wake and just below the Atlantic bridge with idle speed. All DelRey restaurants-bars and beach are within walking distance. Also the Freebee car service is available. This is a gem in the Marina historic district. Contact Priscilla before getting here, she is not on the premises, Marty is the Dock Master and he was very helpful with best way to tie up for our boat. Just an Amazing city with great food, restaurants to choose from.
