Perfectly fine marina. It just isn't close to shopping etc. Shelly liked the free laundry

Someone commented to us, "There is nothing to see in Belleville." But we'll say this:
The Boathouse restaurant is an easy walk from the marina, and it beats the on-premises restaurant by far. So take the short walk!

The food and service was excellent.

Regarding the $2M Liability req. In our experience some of the other municipal marinas in that area technically say one needs to have $2M of liability insurance. But in two cases this past month, we simply sent them a PDF of our declarations page, and asked if it was sufficient, and in both cases, there was NO PROBLEM getting around that "requirement".

As a transient, I did not realize the $2 mil liability requirement until arrival. I left the question blank on the check-in form and they did not say anything it. All prior comments valid.
Some local insurance agents must be on the city marina advisory board.?

Per their website https://forms.quintesportsandwellnesscentre.ca/Transient-Mooring-Request-Form they will not accept transients without proof of $2 million in liability insurance, no exceptions. This also applies to Victoria Park.

25-27 Jul 2023. This is a very well run Marina. There is a bar and restaurant right at the pier. The office staff is awesome. Caleb was very responsive to all our requests. He even took two bags of donations from us to the local thrift store. Check at the office for discounts on local restaurants. We had to stay an extra night due to storms. This is a great alternative to the Trent Marina. Great Wi-Fi and adequate T-Mobile and Verizon cell coverage. Free laundry just bring your soap and dryer sheets!

Good marina, friendly young staff. Gas/Diesel and pump-out available. Also FREE laundry. There is a bar/restaurant on-site, didn't try it but they had some good music. The slips are short and narrow but adequate. Mostly caters to smaller boats definitely doable for us. Multiple bike/walking trails in the area.
