Great marina that seems to be a bit of a hidden gem. Being part of a high end motorcoach/RV resort.
Wonderful pool and lounge with a number of activities different days of the week.
We took advantage golf cart rentals at the resort to explore Everglades City.
Be aware of tides and depth as you come in channel.

Absolute Gem, this is nicest marina we've been too. The showers and bathrooms are a bit of a walk but very clean. Very helpful staff both on the dock and in the office. Pet friendly, pickle ball courts, bars and restaurant on site. There always seems to be social events going on but remember this resort is for over 55 so if you have kids you might not get in. Lots to do and see within walking distance of the resort. We will be returning for sure.

Echo the previous reviewers comments. This is what I would describe as an "Ultra-Upscale RV Park". The clubhouse is gorgeous easily rivaling most upscale yacht & golf clubs. (Perhaps not surprisingly since the monthly RV rate is around $200/ day!)
They charge a flat rate so the bigger your boat, the better the deal for a beautiful pool, tiki bar etc. free laundry during clubhouse hours.
Josh tied us up and was one of the best we've seen anywhere. Turns out he captains boat tours as a side gig. Other posters referenced the current. Compared to what we see typically in SC, current is very manageable, though the wind was blowing 10-15. Dianne handles reservations and check in very efficiently but be aware, reservations are pd by cc in advance and are non refundable.
We draw 5' so the approach channel from the Gulf involves some sphincter puckering at less than 2' tide in a few places notably markers 11/12. The buoys were moved. Then the sand moved. Now,

Beautiful marina in surprising beautiful location. Upscale RV park that is also a fairly nice marina. Surprised to be one 1 of three boats docked here on a Sat night.

Will definitely return and stay a few days on my way south this fall.

One word of caution . The side tie up docks have power pedestals real close to the end of the dock. If you have a larger boat you run the risk of bumping in to them on a side tie unless you put out bumpers all along the width of your vessel before you dock.

This is by far the nicest marina we have stayed at so far. The floating concrete docks are new, the facilities (bathrooms, showers, washer/driers, pool and clubhouse) are beautiful. The people are friendly and helpful. The facility is "a luxury RV resort" so it caters to very nice, expensive RVs. Everglades City is the self-proclaimed snow crab capital so be sure to try some (it's good, but a lot of work … we prefer Dungenous crab). The only negatives are that there is a very strong current (the Okeechobee drains here) so if you are on the long dock, it's best to turn around and tie port to. It's also pretty expensive ($150/night regardless of boat length and this includes taxes and fees). We'll worth it and we'll go again!

We were not allowed to book transient space as you need to 55 years or older to stay here. This info should be prominent in their listing. Also day rate reads as $125 per foot per night.

    WG Editor Comment:
    Marina listing updated.

It is a long and beautiful run up the well marked Indian Key Pass to get there. There are just a few shallow spots, go slow and pay attention to where you are.

The marina has nice new, concrete floating docks. There is a very strong current with some eddies near the dock so be prepared for that.

The (free) laundry, showers, and restrooms are all nice, but only available from 9-5, because they are in the main building.

The marina is right on the route that all the air boats take to get to the mangrove swamp, so it can get pretty noisy at times. At first it was very annoying, but I was amazed at how quickly we got used to and tuned out the air boat noise.

The airboat tour was the main reason we stopped here. We thought we could get into the everglades, but we found out that the only tours from this location went into a private mangrove swamp. Still fun, but a little like Disney World.

I agree with the other reviewers. At low tide the river had a few spots at 5.7 feet. So with a 3 foot tide no one should have a problem.

This is probably the nicest marina we've ever stayed at. It is a combination marina/class A RV resort. The grounds are beautiful. The marina office/clubhouse looks like a five star hotel. The facilities are clean, laundry is free, and ice is free. The manager, Bill, and his wife Goldie, are very personable and helpful. The only negative, which is minimal, is that the facilities are a bit of a walk from the docks. However, Bill is always willing to give you a lift in the golf cart.

Arrived here early December 2018. We were the only boat at the marina so had the whole place to ourselves. Really classy place with high end club house with movie theater. Golf carts are available to explore the small town. Good seafood restaurant across the harbor.

Great place! Nice docks, pool/hot tub and gym. Easy walk to restaurants. The clubhouse at this class A RV/Marina park is unbelievable! The air boat ride is a must-do on a visit to EGI. Easy in / out at mid-tide. Never saw less than 6' under the keel.
