Great location, spacious and clean bath house. Internet is a bit wonky on G-Dock. Staff was very helpful pre-arrival and throughout. Thank You!

We had help lined up to facilitate our docking as the marina is very tight for trawlers our size (with only bow thrusters). We hauled out to have the bottom cleaned and inspected after running aground on the ICW and were hoping to have some additional work done but found limited availability of qualified expertise in-house and pricing to be on the high end. We had ongoing problems with 50 amp power hookup until the breaker was finally changed out in week 3 of our stay. The value proposition of this experience was not there at all. Our sense was the marina is more focused on its long term rentals than transients, fair enough but pricing should reflect that. The courtesy van became virtually inaccessible during the last 10 days of our stay. While most of the staff were friendly, the willingness to make things happen was sorely lacking. Annapolis is a lovely town and we were able get a number of our gremlins fixed ex-Marina through local recommendations at a reasonable price.

Port Annapolis Marina is a well maintained family friendly marina with great amenities and beautiful landscaping. There are many shady spots over looking the bay to relax along with covered porches a large, clean pool and a French bakery on site. The repair services are first rate with lots of room for haul out. The technical staff is meticulous and treat your boat as if it were their own. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have had many services performed here on my 2008 boat and I'm very satisfied with the results. Back Creek is a great spot on the bay and Port Annapolis Marina is as good a marina as you can find anywhere. Highly recommended.

Very good experience at Port Annapolis. When we arrived there they were two people to meet us to help us get into our slip. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and very professional. We had some emergent medical medical issues while we were and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us and make us comfortable. It is a very nice area of Annapolis and there is a lot to do.

Great Staff! They called me morning of arrival and gave me our slip assignment and arrival instructions. Why don't all marinas do this? Nice walking trails near the marina.

Port Annapolis (7/4/18): The people there are super friendly, very helpful. I had two guys meet us at our slip to help us tie up. When we found them, they were great. H Dock is really hard to find as you enter Back Creek. I don't believe I ever got any kind of e-mail with a marina layout prior to my stay. I tried to hail them on Ch 16, but nobody was on the radio. I had to call with my cell phone. My main complaint was the size of the slip and room to maneuver in the H Dock area. I have a 36' Jeanneau with a 12' beam and if my slip was 13' wide, I would be surprised. I could not drive straight out with my fenders down or they would hit the pilings. There was also barely 36' of room in front of the slip before I was into boats at a parallel dock. The boat directly across from me had an outboard hanging out that made it almost impossible to get out without hitting it. I would have preferred a little larger area to dock at.

Very good experience in Port Annapolis Marina, and especially the service department managed very efficiently by Kevin Mcpadden.
Very professional, very efficient and very cooperative.
I had many issues in my Lagoon Catamaran – sail-drives, rigging issues, alternators, windlass, bottom paint and more – all solved to my complete satisfactory.
Rigging people are very good, John the mechanic is brilliant, and all the staff is really good.
The marina itself is really nice place to be, for short term transients and for long term “live a board”.
