We were there in April 2019. Nice facilities, nice people on the docks. The issue was the bugs. There is a bird rookery nearby across the water. It must be the bugs come from there. We'll stop at another marina on our way through that area in March 2020, and will report.

Very friendly folks. We stopped there in a friends boat that was too big for the Boyne City shopping dock. The marina let us stay in one of their slips for 2 hours, no charge, and two of the staff helped us dock and launch.
Highly recommend this place. It is well situated to walk to many shops, restaurants & bars.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

This was a nice refuge as a storm was about to hit. Nice docks, efficient fuel dock, pretty good on-premises restaurant. Facilities not too clean though. Very friendly folks. A short walk of three or four blocks across the island is the beach. Nice walk after the storm.

Most attentive staff we've experienced. Very nice facilities, and one of the best ever locations. Cocoa Village is wonderful, and a block or two away. The marina is exposed to the East, so a moderate wind makes the marina a bit rocky. No fuel.

This is a marina to avoid if you can. The power pedestals are very rusty. Very exposed position if the wind is from the south. Train goes very close and is noisy. Ichabods was pretty good, and down the street was The Mansion. Much better. Still not much. Wifi was dismal. Never could connect. We left for greener pastures in Cocoa Village.

One of the best, and a great restaurant, too. Sunsets are gorgeous. Efficient fuel dock. Trains are a bit noisy. Has Florida not heard of "quiet zones" for trains?

Very friendly, but not helpful. No help tying up, but they did let us stay for 2 hours no charge. Not much in terms of amenities, but a welcome place for short stop over. Maintenance needed in most of the areas I looked at. Nice air conditioned small lounge.

We were there last week. Lots of water in the Lake. Nice overnight at Martins. Nice people, especially Captain Sam. Efficient place. Fills up in the afternoon, empties out in the morning. No trouble in or out.

Went for gas. Also got some ice cream. Good service at gas dock, but very tight getting there. Not recommended for low tide if you require more than 30". Be sure to go through all the marks on the way in or out. No cutting corners.

Great marina. Spend a month here June 2017. Very cordial staff, well maintained docks & facilities. Responsive and fix things with no delay. Restaurant is good, and very popular. Music most nights. Comfortable swimming pools. Only drawback is the wi-fi. Not as strong as I'd like, but wi-fi is not a top focus of most marinas (though most will say theirs is top notch).
