4/20-22. Three days/two nights at this great little marina. Chris- dockhand was fabulous! Guided us in with precision and very helpful with lines and power. Nice laundry and showers. Very convenient to walk into town. UBERed to Kennedy Space Center — definitely worth it.

Once again a highlight stay of our journey south. Staff is excellent and the proximity to downtown shops and restaurants is excellent. Laundry room is clean and well maintained with 5 working washers and dryers. $2 per load. Boaters lounge is large, clean and comfortable as were the restroom facilities. Many friendly boats were there. Secured gates and added walkway lighting this year. Pump out worked extremely well considering we were far away from the shore. Hats off to Ken and his staff.

Absolutely the best marina. With no tides, the fixed docks was not a problem.

Great Marina! Communication was stellar coming in. The docks are fixed because there is no tide so once you figure out how to get on and off your boat, you're set. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, short Uber trip to grocery (I recommend Publix in Merritt Island over the stores in Cocoa. Closer and nicer) Laundry, bathrooms, and clubhouse are great!

Very well run marina and just the right size. No dock is very far from the facilities, while it is big enough to have what you need. Laundry, restrooms, and showers are well laid out and clean. And they have recycling bins! Something I wish more marinas had.

A short walk to Cocoa Village. A cool town, with bars, restaurants (including Villa Palma, excellent Italian), art galleries, antique stores, a nice park, a theater, and a famous hardware store. The S.F. Travis Company, established in 1885, is worth a visit.

Like most marinas the WiFi worked better at some times of the day than others. In general it was adequate.

Fixed Docks that are pretty hard to get off of a swim platform. Saw 5.5 ft at the turn into the west basin. Entrance to the west basin is very tight. Docks are in good shape with wide walkways. Lounge looks nice but is closed due to Covid-19. Good hardware store across the street and several nice restaurants two blocks away. Lots of spots to walk the dog in the surrounding neighborhood.

Outstanding marina! Dockmaster Ken and overall service was the best we have encountered. Facilities are excellent with a great lounge, clean and spacious bathrooms, and WiFi that works well. Right downtown so close to restaurants and shops. Local theater was great. Would highly recommend staying here.

Came in at low tide, saw 7.2 for a moment in the channel.

    Absolutely great marina.

The docks are fixed but in great shape.

    Bathrooms are very tidy.

I would definitely recommend this marina to anyone, short or long(6 months max) term.

Overnight staycation/night on the town for us. Excellent staff both office and out on the docks. Very clean facility. BoatUS discount. Easy walk to bars/restaurants in Cocoa Village. We stayed on the central basin T-head, no wake issues, dock was fendered well. Easy in/easy out, plenty of room to maneuver in the basin. Channel showed 7+feet.

Spent most of the month of March 2021 in the west basin. Great facilities, wonderful staff, and of course easy access to all that Cocoa Village has to offer.
If there is an expected blow from the north, try to get into the west basin because the east basin in a bit more exposed.

Just completed a 2-night visit. Very clean and well maintained marina, excellent help docking and good advice on securing boat and local sites and activities. Inside the marina, there is a wave deflector that did a good job attenuating the wakes of larger boats out in the Indian RIver. Enjoyed meeting the staff and visiting Cocoa village. The Travis hardware store is absolutely amazing. Ken and Karen did a great job.

Loved our stay here. Fixed docks make for a bit of work getting on and off but nothing insurmountable. Best staff ever. Talked us through the maze to get to out protected slip. Step right off into downtown with a multitude of shops and restaurants. The park nearby was wonderful. Lots of shade trees and pet friendly. Ken and Karen and A+. Can’t wait to come back.

This marina is in a great location for access to Cocoa Village shops and restaurants just 2 blocks away. Ken and Karen, the marina managers, are terrific and they help with docking and local information. No grocery in walking distance but there is a small general store and a large local hardware store in the village. The entrance at the end of the channel into the marina is a bit tight so plan for sharp turns. Docks are fixed and high. Pumpout is free- dockhands will wheel it to your dock and turn it on for you. Laundry is $4 per load. Very near park for walking and good roads with lanes for biking. You can take the bus of over the bridge to Merritt Island to West Marine and Publix. Recycling bins on site.

Most attentive staff we've experienced. Very nice facilities, and one of the best ever locations. Cocoa Village is wonderful, and a block or two away. The marina is exposed to the East, so a moderate wind makes the marina a bit rocky. No fuel.

Excellent marina to stay or leave your boat. Laundry, restrooms, attentive staff. Close to the Village of Cocoa. Tight turn around in the slips but lots of help to get you in. Do not go in without assistance if you are more than a runabout. Waves from passing inconsiderate boaters can be a problem so leave the lines tight for waves, not tide.

We previously reviewed this marina on our way to the Bahamas. Now we find ourselves here again during our transit north. We initially anchored south of the fixed bridge but, with weather approaching fast and a broken fridge, we decided to get into the marina ASAP. We called at 0740 thinking nobody would answer. To our amazement, Ken London answered the phone and could not have been more friendly and helpful. We explained our situation and he said to come in when ready. "We'll make it happen" were his exact words. His instructions were precise and he was waiting for us at our assigned slip. Ken even broke out the house and proceeded to wash down our anchor. I am not exaggerating when I say that dealing with Ken was the best experience we ever had with dock personnel. Thank you Ken for your "can do" attitude. Additionally, the facilities are top notch.

Cleanest facilities we have ever seen. Super-friendly staff. Docks in good shape but provide only average protection from a strong northerly. The town is just across the street and has much charm. Enterprise is a couple miles down the road and will pick you up. Disney World is 1 hour away. Kennedy Space Center is 30 minutes.
