Nice marina after clearing the locks and not wanting to go Down Town Montreal.

    Easy to communicate with.

Only down side is overnight guests need to have the attendant let you back on the docks as there is not a gate FOB solution for Transients.

Keep calling until they answer. No response to messages.

We entered off the main channel to fight the cross current.

Only downside is marina has no way to provide late arriving Transients gate access. You need to ask the guards to let you back onto the docks if using the facilities or going into town.

Easy entrance via local markers, saw over 10ft of water all the way in to the basin.

Once in the basin water was over 8ft but tall weeds obscured the sounder in places.

Marina is very well kept. Free passes and shuttle to the Village next door. Free and very strong pump out.

    Simple approach.

Facilities are a long walk to town and not the most up to date.

Called via cell and hailed on approach. No Joy with that!

Locals ended up helping us in and getting us situated.

Like many marinas they don't seem to respect the worry transients have during the last 1nm in tight and thin water. We need more communication on where to tie up and how to approach.

Waited out bad weather back in Sept for a week at Capri.

Equal to FL marinas in service and less on amenities at 3x the cost plus a long walk to town

Staff is great. Just the value for the $ is off.

Next time will tie up to a mooring ball.

Nice anchorage in weather and very well protected.

Anchor came up with mud but chain was clean.

At mean low tide the marked anchorage location on the guides we measured at 5ft while the charts show this at 6ft.

    T mobile was spotty.

Excellent dockhands, they guided us in with cross wind and a very narrow alley.

Very tight tie ups. On weekends you might want to hold off on docking until later in the afternoon.

Slips are very close to the outdoor restaurant

Great place tie up. Good brief by Dock master on passage down the Delaware bay.

Nice town and easy walk to stores and restaurants.

Wi-Fi not able to connect at south end of the dock.

Mind the entrance depth at low tide - best to time it closer to high tide than low. We plowed some mud at low tide with a draft of 5ft.

Nice place to tie up and wait out the weather, good restaurants nearby, town is 1 mile walk and worth the walk.

Great marine parts store on site with a fantastic staff.

Would be 5 stars if the pump out worked and anyone seemed to be getting it repaired or cared about it getting fixed in the 6 days we were there.

Good holding in shifting winds, anchorage is a long way from shore and the reach to the north and east (Shore) seems large but minimal waves generated.

Crab pots created a navigation barrier depths went up from 10ft but few pots in the marked anchorage.

Put out 10x Rhode and held fast in 20+ knots. Chain had sections of mud when we pulled it. The anchor was clean.

T mobile cell coverage was good.

US Coast Guard aircraft provided good entertainment.
