We were looking forward to staying at Kingsmill, it seemed great mostly because of the proximity to Williamsburg and Jamestown.  After tying up, we find out the pump out is not available, there is no WiFi, no laundry, the single bathroom with a shower is open to the public and was filthy and no hotwater.

John the harbor master was apologizing, but can only work with what he is provided. We feel this Marina has overpromised and rates ($3.80ft after fees) do not reflect their advertisements.  We would not recommend as a transient stop.
