This is the very first time we've tried to anchor here. The mooring field is huge both North and South of the Marina. North of the mooring field In my opinion only works for boats with 4' draft or less. Deeper water can be found further out towards the channel but then you're exposed to more wake. We did drop the anchor here. It hooked right away but didn't feel comfortable enough with the depth. I didn’t rate the other categories since we didn’t stay. There's also a sunken large powerboat with its cabin top exposed and at least three permanent smaller sailboats on the North side. We elected to pull up and go and anchor past the A Max Brewer Bridge at Anchorage Titusville R30. We're sharing it with two other sailboats. Plenty of room with 6'+ at 2:30pm under using the Titusville, Indian River Tide Chart.
