Stayed on a mooring ball for a week and it was a great spot as Beaufort is an awesome town to explore! If you have the time go to Rotten Little Bastard distillery and try the gin it is amazing! The ability to walk to all restaurants and bars in town is a win.
Bathrooms could use a little love here though.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Were able to take the dog to shore at the restaurant just around the corner. It is a bit rolly with all the wakes and boats going by.

We came here because of the courtesy car as our dog was still struggling after our incident at Fort Frederica.
But this marina is nice, good showers and awesome staff members. It was very protected from the storm that rolled in over the weekend. We also stumbled into the St Pattys party in downtown Savannah.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Can be rolly if the wind comes from the south and the tide is going out.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

We actually had a horrible time here only because our dog choked on a stick while playing fetch at the fort. But the park ranger was awesome and gave us a ride to the vet and the people of St Simons are awesome.
Overall great spot we just had a freak accident happen.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

The wife and I were planning on staying two nights but with some weather rolling in we ended up staying for a week.
Colin, Bob and Tristan are the absolute best, they go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great stay.
The local yacht club also gave me a ride to the Publix so we could get stocked up on groceries.
This is a place we will go out of our way to stay again.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

The wife and I stayed here for a week in the North downtown field. It is the perfect spot to spend the week working from the boat and exploring the town. We did have a few rough days when cold front came in from the north and was blowing 20ish knots all day.
Clean bathrooms, laundry and a nice dinghy dock.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Spent one night here with our buddy boat out in the mooring field. Easy check in process at the fuel dock and everyone was awesome. Clean bathroom and showers (with very hot water).
Little over a mile walk to the beach and the main strip in Vero Beach. The wife and I ended up chatting with a very friendly local about the tornados when Milton was coming through.
Only downside I can see is if you don't have a buddy boat you may get rafted up with someone you don't know. Wouldn't bother me but if you aren't social could be a con.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Wife and I stayed 2 nights here on our way North to St Augustine. Very good value for the price. Nice and easy entrance from the ICW. Dockhands were awesome helping at the fuel dock and into our slip for the weekend.
Would definitely stay again.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

When entering go close to marker 20 I went on the north side and a buddy boat went on the south side. You can go further in than you think, we anchored where the mangrove entrance startsView location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
