Great staff , facilities and location. Prices were reasonable and restrooms were clean. Convenient to restaurants and entertainment district. Watch out for current. It funnels at the bridge and screams. We had outside tie . Watch out for high north or northwest winds. We had 20-25 mph winds out of the north . Water piles up from the bay into the funnel at the bridge and it can get very rough. We will return but will watch weather forecast before doing so.

The marina area is currently under construction- understandably there were some inconveniences. Close to town with some nice restaurant. Right on the ICW but didn't feel wakes because of the robust docks and no wake zone. Shannon was very friendly and helpful.

Beware. Stayed here in early August. They won't tell you that boats are being broken into and that their security cameras have been taken down due to construction. Someone broke into my cabin to access the back of my dash and stole the garmin displays. They take ZERO responsibility. Absolute worst experience at a marina.

A really Fantastic place to stop after or stage for crossing the Bend. Facilities are always clean and neat, the staff is always friendly. Restaurants are not that far lots of shops are at the top of the hill.

This fine marina has floating docks, easy access to the pumpout stations, 50 amp shore power, great showers, and laundry facilities. It is a beautiful setting within easy walking distance of Downtown Clearwater. The staff is very helpful, and there's always someone on duty and on call at the office.
There are a couple of things to consider before deciding whether this is the marina for you.
First, there is a massive construction project underway that will not be completed until summer 2023. Be prepared for lots of construction noise during the work week. In addition, this throws a lot of dust in the air, so be prepared to wash your boat every other day, a need compounded by all the birds and gulls that swarm the boats in the afternoons.
Of greater concern to some boaters is the fact that it is a LONG walk of 300+ yards from the transient slips to the office, showers, and laundry. Plus, if you rent a car while you're here, parking is a long way off, several blocks away from entrance tot he marina.
There is only one washer and one dryer that cost $2 each, so you're looking at $4 to do a single load of laundry.
Despite these few shortcomings, I'd definitely stay here again when I pass thru Clearwater.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Nice marina with great floating docks and self service pumpout. Very friendly staff. Good discount for a week stay. Lots of great restaurants a short walk away. Very nice areas to walk a dog but due to construction it is a bit of a hike to get to grass. No fuel. We were on the north dock. Very long walk to the bathroom. Loud construction noise from 7 to 4 Monday to Friday. Construction is scheduled to go to 2023. There are two dogs that roam E dock freely and use the dock to do their business. The dogs owner just hoses it into the water. The staff watches this happen but doesn't correct it. We would go back after the construction ends if we were on the south docks.

We stay at Clearwater Harbor Marina the last week of November 2021. WiFi service did not work. We were on the outside of the long dock and consistently getting waked by boats in the no wake zone. The bathrooms are too far away. The door security app you must install on a smartphone worked very poorly. There is a large construction project in progress on the adjacent property.
I will not go back.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Terrific staff! Helped us get in safely on a very windy day. Nice floating dock. Protected area. Easy walk into the downtown area. Right next to the 2 mile causeway that takes you over to Clearwater Beach. Great bike ride or walk. Would stay here again.

Great marina with super friendly people. 4 stars because they do not have fuel here anymore. They do have self serve pump out and one washer and dryer @$2 per load. It’s well protected from winds. Beware of sea grass clogging your water for A/C. The surrounding area is awesome with lots of restaurants to choose from. Had my provisions delivered via Walmart with no issues.

There are 2 City marinas here in Clearwater, the Beach Marina which sells fuel and has all of the charter boats and tourist's boats; and the Harbor marina where we keep our boat. The Harbor Marina has transient slips, and all the slips are on floating concrete docks, with water, cable, electric, bathrooms, showers, and laundry. The Beach marina currently has the same amenities, but they are wood non-floating docks. The City is preparing to do a $15,000,000 upgrade project starting this fall tot he Beach Marina and it will be really nice when its done!
