It's about 4 Nm from the usual track on the bank side so few bother going here unless coming in from the Sound.
Clean sand & you can anchor close to the beach to touch out of the current. The buildings on land appear deserted. We didn't have a chance to explore as our anchor winch decided it required immediate repairs.exposed to the W. & N. Slight roll from SE seas can be minimized by tucking in close to beach. Avoid the hard shoal at the Northern end (easily visible). Beautiful sunsets, dark sky, just a few lights on the islands to the NView location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
