I0/12/23. We had 7 boats rafted at the wall and 1 at the fuel dock. Fran, the owner and her sons were terrific! They assisted with docking along the wall that looks a bit intimidating but very manageable. There are rings vs cleats for lines and they help get you set. Fran had a plan which worked great. They called us in one at a time and all went smoothly. Bathroom facilities are brand new. Short walk into town for dinner at Grandma's Bar was fun and tasty. Power cords provided to all boats just had to be careful not to overload circuit. Great night.

Love this stop!! The owners took over two years ago and are working to make this a truly special stop. They can take boats of all sizes due to their long wall on inside of marina. They are delightful and so very helpful!! This is a great secluded place with a lovely setting — picnic tables and very clean bathroom facilities. Double 30 amp power on all pedestals. Water hook up if desired. Even has a little cottage/apartment for rent which a family on a pontoon used. Gas only, no diesel. Worth a stop after a long day coming through Trent canal. We had a great night!

Dock hands, while short staffed, we're amazing!! They handled at least 5 looper boats and several others with grace as they were being tapped at by many over VHF. A little tricky getting to fuel dock and slips due to strong current but manageable if you just take your time. Docks are good and secured by gate, 1 courtesy washer/dryer, bathrooms - average but secure each with individual deadbolt lock, restaurant at marina marginal. We shortened our stay to one night as that's all you'll need.

This is a very high wall with only one pedestal working for 2 boats. 1 50A and 2 30A connections on same pedestal. 2nd boat must have an extension cord and splitter. No other pedestal works for power — Only water. Sign says $4 a foot which is inaccurate—talk to owner ( who comes and helps with lines) and you will get a better price.

The restaurant - Portofino's, is now open and is great. Food delicious - we had both lunch and dinner as we stayed 2 nights due to weather and service very good. Anna was delightful!!! Owners also very nice and locals friendly and very curious about The Loop.

Worth a stop even if just for food. Has so much potential and new owners are working hard to make it a great stop.

Clement gave great instructions for getting into marina at low tide (gotta be careful!) and was terrific help with lines and power. Floating docks in great shape. Sushi at restaurant was fabulous! Facilities very nice. Yes, you do walk through the outdoor restaurant to access but no one's looking at you!! Live music at the Tiki Bar. Nice lighting in the evening. Cute little town to explore.

This is a convenient marina for a one night stay. Have added a floating dock area for transients which works well. Staff was very accommodating as we had to extend stay due to weather. Tiki bar is a fun little place with live music on weekends - decent food. Gas docks have a precarious set up — not for us! And their website said $3 per gal when it was actually $6. Bathroom facilities not very good. Know what to expect and you'll be fine. We stayed again on our way out of Potomac from DC visit.

Great marina! Floating docks, free laundry (only one machine), really nice bathrooms/showers including outdoor showers. Also has Bluewater Yacht Services on site. We had our oil changed, crank case filter and engine belts replaced. Dan and Steve were amazing!!!

5/14-15/2023. This is a great marina! Dan H, Dock Master is a real professional. He was working hard as several boats were coming in at the same time. He was very appreciative of us being fully ready with lines, etc. He came back and provided overview of area with restaurant recommendations. Courtesy car is a nice van for 2 hr usage. Free Laundry and restroom facilities are extremely clean. Nice Captain's Lounge and porch area with coffee and locals willing to share stories. Easy walk to town. Enjoyed our two nights. Highly recommend!

5/13/23 Great 3rd generation owned marina. They are awesome…very friendly and extremely helpful with docking. Bigger boats are on outside wall which is a little touch during tides as current gets very strong. Wind also picked up so it was a bit of a rough night. Town is cute (it was Prom night!!) Easy walk to restaurants — several are dog friendly.

5/11-12/23. Fairly newer marina. Staff was great and very helpful with lines and hookups. No fuel available when we stayed but not an issue for us. Location is great and very convenient to Harbor Walk, restaurants and downtown area. Construction nextdoor on apartment complex but was not an issue. Very close to an outdoor music venue which is a beautiful public park when not in use. Great for our dog!! No concert during our stay—could be fun! Only negative — many of the slips were occupied by numerous floating houses for a new community within the marina. Cool idea but that meant we were on the exterior wall right in the river. Got a little 'bumpy' as the tour boats and locals went passed. We would use again.

4/30/23 - 5/3/23. Great location. Current is a bit strong coming in and with strong winds added, we were put on the outside face wall of marina in their rental area rather than in a slip. Staff were as extremely helpful getting us tied down. Stayed for three nights. Facilities were very nice, although a bit of a hike from this side of marina. Laundry, showers, and restrooms were very nice. Have courtesy bikes if interested. Hilton Head is a larger island so we rented a car via Turo for a couple days. Great stop.

4/29/23 There was a little confusion amongst dock hands as to whether or not they had room for us. After worked through that with Mike, his 'crankiness' abated and he was quite helpful. Marina is in a large community called the Landings. Lovely area and about 30 minutes south of Savannah. There is a golf cart for use on a first come, first served basis. So if available, works well. Tried to get an Uber - to no avail so just dined on board. Next morning, we used golf cart for breakfast at one of the Neigbor clubs. Have access to very nice facilities including a pool. Weather was extremely windy when we were there. A bit rough getting off dock. The sound you cross coming and going can get a bit rough with wind and current. Just need to be aware!

Love how the new owners continue to upgrade the this place. Owners - Zach & Stephanie were fabulous. Great restaurant right on property. Have a courtesy golf cart for use on a first come, first served basis. Used it to explore the island one day. Great walking trails.

Stayed an extra night due to rain and wind. Nice to be tied down tight in a nice marina.

4/23/23 -4/24/23. Stayed two nights in this great marina north of St Augustine. Out of the hustle/bustle of the city marina. Team was terrific. Able to get an Uber into town if needed. Also had courtesy cars available which worked out great. Really enjoyed our visit to St Augustine!

Great marina in a well protected hurricane hole. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Courtesy car was available and necessary as marina is a bit secluded (only reason we didn't give it a 5). We were on their J dock- wall - for one night. Our quest traveler was able to get an Uber to Jacksonville airport to head home. We would go back.

4/19/23. Travelled 104 miles to get here for one night. Worth the stay. Team guided us in and we were parked conveniently right behind fuel dock. Two restaurants on site. Walkable park area. Didn't venture out of marina as only here for an evening. Ate at Cobb's and enjoyed the live music and Fish Tacos. Lots of guys in for a big fishing tournament that upcoming weekend.

4/6-4/10/23. Beautiful Yacht Club! Accessed via reciprocal Club membership and assistance of area AGLCA Harbor Host. The facilities were incredible. Food at the club - quite tasty. Had full access to a beautiful pool and other services. Dock side pump out. Wayne, Dock Master, was extremely friendly and delightful to chat with. Julie helped us tie down in the pouring rain. Our corner location was a bit tricky to get in but we mastered it! Happened to be there for the annual Blessing of the Fleet ceremony. Very cool! Very walkable area to shops and restaurants. Great dog park nearby. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

4/3-4/10 Great location in the north Miami Beach area (Aventura) Access via deep water canal. We were here as we knew someone that lives in the condos. Walkable to West Marine, grocery and other shops. Barbara and team were fabulous!! Greeted us with smiles and help for the lines. Explained the area and full access to the club was a bonus. Mobil Fuel and pump out dockside. Very well protected. Watched some big boys (100ft#) come and go. Fascinating!!

4/11-18 We were here for engine work completed by Gillen Yacht Services. Their team (Charles, Nick and Luka) was great! We were on the hard for two days and then at dock for 6 while waiting on part. Docked right by the working haul out area which was fascinating. Great security at this facility — guards were very friendly. Harbor master was helpful given our need for an extended stay. Location is a bit isolated for a longer stay which was the only negative.
