This was one of the best stops on the loop. We were there midweek. They are only collecting the $25 docking fee Friday-Monday. They are also now picking up trash. We were able to take a walk, go paddleboarding and kiteboarding. We saw turtles, nurse sharks and eagle rays. Luckily we were there for a full moon rise and it was breezy so no bugs!

Very skinny water in here and lots of crab pots and live aboard. We found a spot but found we had snagged an old broken crab pot. The dingy dock at the Bridge Tender Inn was great. Food drinks and music were also terrific. There was another dingy dock south of the Inn that you could also use. Bridge road is charming with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. We could hear live music from 3 locations on a Thursday night.

We had help securing lines at the fuel dock but that was it. Fuel price was discounted per the website but the $4.05 price does not include 7% FL tax.

Big Briar Creek was it beautiful. There is a great beach on Gravine Island just around the next bend from the creek entrance. We were able to tender over and stretch. There was a great sunset on our way back to the boat. You can see the island on google maps. At low tide the entrance was only 6 feet.

We were in 6 feet of water about 100 feet of shore. We were out of the channel and held fast all night. Current and minimal wind kept us straight. Barges told us we were in a good location. That being said we had our windows open and Barbara was awoken a few times by the noises of their engines. They also shine lights on the boat. Wake was minimal but noticeable after already being awake.

Tight but doable. 6 boats with two double rafts and two singles. No wind so boats did not move all night. Slept well. 5 feet at the entrance with 8 feet where we were rafted. We were the last boat in so we backed out.

We were down bound. Be sure to go well past the island and hug the right descending red clay bank of the oxbow. One other boat anchored with us. Room for lots more. Very quiet and peaceful night.

We went up to the second bend. Very quiet and peaceful. We changed direction overnight but the anchor came up clean and we had plenty of depth all the way around. We dropped the anchor at 15 feet deep.

Quiet marina. No one was available to help with lines. Restrooms were clean. Washing machines were free and dryers were $1.00. Pretty park like setting for walking. No restaurants or shopping nearby.

Very safe and secure anchorage. Trailers on the mainland were very quiet midweek other that an ATV running on shore for about 30minutes. Not as beautiful as the surrounding area.

Great little marina. Free: Open bar, laundry, steam/sauna, Adirondack chairs. All marinas roll in here from the ferries. Only drawback was getting through for a reservation. Keep calling. It's worth it.

Great Marina with friendly helpful staff. Clean showers, beautiful pool, beach, playground and many picnic areas with beautiful views. Docks are fixed and there are no nearby restaurants or shopping. You can order from a couple of restaurants that will deliver. A great value, we would definitely visit again.
