Stayed here after our Gulf crossing. Good location. Currents can be tricky at fuel dock and slips - we arrived at slack tide. This is a fishing marina - you will see and smell the fishing atmosphere! (It's not bad). There single use bathrooms open all night and a shower facility and pool down the block. My wife enjoyed the heated toilet seat! ???? bar/restaurant was not open on a Sunday evening. We were charged $17 for the night as the marina was without shore power- their waiting on a new breaker board - they did tell us this in advance.

We almost missed this gem! This stop really embodies everything long distance cruising is all about. The river off the gulf at Steinhatchee had plenty of depth for my 4.5 foot draft. It is well marked and easy to navigate. Sea Hag Marina is set up for easy in / easy out side ties. While there is a lot of small boat traffic we had zero issues with passing wakes. The floating docks are new, wide and well laid out with water and fuel services. The fishing related activity around the marina and the quaint riverside village make this a truly enjoyable stop. We ate at three of the town's restaurants and found them to be above average. This is a full service marina staffed with friendly accommodating professionals. There is no pump out or electricity however, as I write this electric service is being installed. The Sea Hag Marina and staff make the short gulf crossing route very tempting!

The rebuilt docks can handle 4-5 looper size boats. New floating docks are very nice with wide walkways. No power or water yet. Friendly helpful staff. Very busy marina with lots of fishing boats. Lots of fun to watch all the boats come and go. Lots of country roads to walk a dog. Good restaurants and grocery store about 1/2 mile away.

Great new docks, but no electrical power yet. Staff is very good. The marina really caters to the fisherman. Need to walk to get to restaurants, but everything is within a 1/2 mile.

Friendly service from the time we arrived to when we departed. Dock hands were great and the marina guest car helped make sure we had a very nice dinner at a local resturant. We'll be back!

Stopped here while crossing the Big Bend. Been having issues with oil leak and power steering on my Mercury outboard and asked if their mechanic could look at it. By far one of the best mechanics I have worked with. He jumped right on it, diagnosed and repaired the problems. The prices were very good and workmanship was excellent.
Conversation around the marina with the locals was fun and on their recommendations we went to
Roy’s restaurant. You better come hungry cause the portions are huge and delicious.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Only able to accommodate two boats (40’ & 55’) when we stayed three days in early February 2019. On was the fuel dock. A very good restaurant and they will pick you up and take you back. Onsite store has gifts, fishing supplies and some marine supplies. Mostly for outboard powered boats. Very nice and helpful staff
