9-12-24 Provide draft details when making the reservation. We timed an increasing tide to come in with 5 ft draft boat, deeper water is close to the permanently moored ships as you approach the marina slips. Very helpful staff will assist with directions. I had 6.5 ft at 1.6 feet above low tide using Philadelphia Pier #11 tide station. 6 ft at low tide in our slip. Very nice 50 foot floating docks with locked gates and night security. Everyone throughout the city was very friendly and courteous.

This is a great city to explore, the history here is overwhelming. This city was one of the highlights of our Chesapeake Bay summer cruise.

9-7-24 Deep water to the marina and at least 7 feet to the face dock as you enter, that is where we tied up. Inside the marina looks skinny. Friendly staff and surrounding community. The marina is not close to town, but not a bad walk or preferable bikes or scooters. The duck museum is a must see if stopping here.

9-5-24 Very easy access to the marina and slips, and great help from marina staff. Wayne was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and points of interest. Floating pool and Saturday mornings free coffee and pastries. This marina has a modified 3 phase power source. During our stay I measured 131 vac on each leg of the incoming power. My inverter charger kicked out on high supply voltage but I adjusted it to 133 vac and had no issues. During the day, with heavy power use at the marina the voltage measured 125 vac. Stayed here a week to visit Baltimore and surrounding towns on our electric scooters. We would definitely stay here again.

National Mall, a landscaped park near the downtown area of Washington, D.C. It contains and borders several museums of the Smithsonian Institution, art galleries, institutions, and various memorials, sculptures, and statues. Washington DC has a great, clean, safe, and inexpensive transit system, and a free shuttle from the marina to the National Mall. Uber and Lyft is also very reasonable.

There is no docking assistance, the marina is a one man operation and he is spread pretty thin. We were tied to the T head on a floating secure dock and safe walkway to the office and restaurant. The marina is mainly center consoles with a few cruisers. We left the boat unattended for a day and night without any security concerns. We found a opening in front of the stadium about half way to the opposite shore. It quieted down on the weekdays but still a lot of activity. This is a good option for a short term stay but if more than a few days I will use another location. Law enforcement stopped by on our second day and said an event was planned for the upcoming weekend and all boats would have to move to the north side of the waterway. He also said future plans were to eliminate anchoring at the marina stadium.

The Dockside bar and grill has music every day, and the food is good and reasonably priced. Everyone is very friendly! 8-28-23 The only reason for 2 stars is the location. You must reserve with Dockwa so no personal contact (not a fan of Dockwa). Tried to find more info on the obstruction but docked before having a response. They have a problem with ants, which they are trying to address, which wouldn't be a problem if they had water at the dock to hose off any food supply. There is an elevator at the bridge but it was out of service, and local info indicates that is common. All of this for a premium dockage and electric fee. We will return to Nashville in the future, but stay at a marina and Uber or Lyft to town.

Best approach for the deepest water is from the southwest to the fuel dock, the diesel dock is closest to the waterway, gas is farther up, in front of the red building. The transient dock is across the small harbor on the northeast side, across from the fuel dock, not slips, but a bulkhead. We had at least 7 feet of water to the dock, there is power and water for two boats. A workboat was in the corner, we docked in front of it leaving plenty of room for another vessel. Shell Morgan was the best diesel price we've seen since traveling west from Mobile, AL. The closest store is now over a mile away, the fuel dock attendant offered to run us up to the store for a few groceries. The cashier at the grocery thought we walked from Shell Morgan and offered to take us back, but the dock attendant was waiting for us in the parking lot. Great friendly people at this stop!
